  • The Stillness Method is an eight-week guided program designed for women who want to find clarity and calm. Each practice lasts a short time (10-20 minutes) and aims to help you feel more present and in control of your life.

  • Absolutely. This program is designed for those with no prior experience. The practices are simple, beginner-friendly, and adaptable to your schedule.

  • Each session is between 10-20 minutes, and you can choose when to do it. The program is flexible, and you’ll also get to the private podcast through the same place you listen to podcasts. So, no need to find your login, just press PLAY and practice when you find the time.

  • All live sessions will be recorded and uploaded as a private podcast so you can listen to them at a time that suits you.

  • Not at all! The focus is on stillness and nervous system regulation, not physical movement. Yin Yoga is gentle, mostly seated or lying down, and doesn’t require flexibility.

  • You’ll have lifetime access to all course materials, including guided practices, and recordings of live sessions.

  • Yes! The program includes:
    • A private 1:1 session for personalised guidance.
    • Weekly live Q&A sessions.
    • A space to ask questions via email forms.
