What I didn’t realise then, was how much Lessons in Truth would help me with releasing that grip and incessant need for more knowledge and information. I feel like the best way to describe Ari and the LiT container is: MAGIC

the absolute best thing I’ve taken from this is detaching from the ‘outcomes’ and the ‘end results’, and instead leaning into more of the being and trusting and having faith. I can’t speak more highly of Ari and this program. The space she holds is second to none and being in her presence feels so safe and nourishing. Her knowledge is next level!! The biggest bonus of all was connecting with the most magical group of women through this program and I am exceptionally grateful for everything about this experience
