The Stillness Method is an eight-week guided program designed for beginners and non-yogis to incorporate Pranayama (breathwork), Meditation, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra into their daily lives. Each practice lasts a short time (10-20 minutes) and aims to help you feel calmer, more present, and in control of your monkey-mind.

Absolutely. This program is designed for those with no prior experience. The practices are simple, beginner-friendly, and adaptable to your schedule.

Each session is between 10-20 minutes, and you can choose when to do it. The program is flexible, and you’ll also get access to recordings to go at your own pace.

All live sessions will be recorded and uploaded inside the course portal so you can watch them at a time that suits you.

Not at all! The focus is on stillness and nervous system regulation, not physical movement. Yin Yoga is gentle, mostly seated or lying down, and doesn’t require flexibility.
